Shipping

We currently offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. and Canadian orders.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. If shipping is not available to your country at checkout, please contact us at info@linahanson.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Lina Hanson is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are unable to assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our skincare products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@linahanson.com.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

· Your order number
· A description of the issue
· Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
If your claim is approved, we will gladly arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Each Face Ritual Stone is handcrafted from genuine natural stone.
Because natural stone varies in color, veining, mineral patterns, and texture, every piece is unique. These natural variations are part of the beauty of the material and are not considered defects.
