Lina Hanson Face Ritual Client Agreement & Informed Consent

Thank you for choosing to experience the Lina Hanson Face Ritual.
This agreement explains the nature of the Face Ritual, outlines your responsibilities as a participant, and helps ensure that we begin our work together with clear expectations and mutual understanding.
By booking a Face Ritual, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following.

Nature of the Face Ritual

The Lina Hanson Face Ritual is a personalized educational facial wellness experience designed to support facial awareness and self-care through practices such as:

· Facial massage
· Gua Sha
· Facial acupressure
· Breath awareness
· Facial movement
· Relaxation techniques
· Personalized daily rituals

The Face Ritual is intended to educate and empower you in developing your own facial wellness practice.
It is not a medical treatment, esthetic service, massage therapy, physical therapy, or healthcare service.
No diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or medical advice is provided.

Results

Every face is unique.
Because each person’s anatomy, lifestyle, habits, and consistency of practice differ, individual experiences and results will vary.
While many clients notice improvements such as reduced facial tension, decreased puffiness, increased facial awareness, or a refreshed
appearance, no specific outcome or result can be guaranteed.

Health Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your health and any relevant conditions before your session.
This includes informing us of any recent or current circumstances that may affect your participation, including but not limited to:
· recent facial surgery
· cosmetic injections or fillers
· facial threads
· recent dental procedures
· skin infections or active inflammation
· neurological conditions
· pregnancy
· any medical condition that may impact facial manipulation
If your circumstances change before your appointment, you agree to notify us prior to your session.

Participation

You understand that you are responsible for your own comfort throughout the session.
If at any time you experience discomfort, pain, dizziness, or any unusual symptoms, you agree to immediately stop the practice and inform Lina Hanson.
You understand that participation is entirely voluntary.

Educational Information

Any recommendations provided during your session are intended solely for educational purposes.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
If you have concerns regarding your health, you should consult your physician or another qualified healthcare professional.

Personalized Recommendations

Your personalized Face Ritual Guide is created specifically for you based on the information you choose to share during your consultation.
These recommendations are intended for your personal use and may change over time as your needs evolve.

Photography & Consultation Information

Any photographs or consultation information you provide are used solely for the purpose of preparing and delivering your personalized Face Ritual experience.
Your information will be kept confidential and will never be shared publicly without your explicit written permission.

Educational Materials

Your personalized guide, written materials, videos, QR resources,
and other educational content are provided exclusively for your personal use.
They may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, published, shared, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission from Lina Hanson.

Session Recordings

Face Ritual sessions are not routinely recorded.
If a recording is ever requested by either party, separate written consent will be obtained before any recording takes place.

Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours' notice.
Once your Face Ritual has been booked, all bookings are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, and we will be happy to arrange a new appointment.
Additional rescheduling requests are at the sole discretion of Lina Hanson.
If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at its originally scheduled end time to respect other appointments.
If Lina Hanson needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as reasonably possible.

Shipping

If your Face Ritual includes shipped products, clients are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
International clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Lina Hanson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Face Ritual or the use of any educational materials or products.
Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the Face Ritual session.

Acknowledgement

By booking a Lina Hanson Face Ritual, you acknowledge that:
· you have read and understood this agreement;
· you understand the educational nature of the Face Ritual;
· you understand that no medical advice or treatment is being provided;
· you accept full responsibility for your own participation;
· the information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
